Delivery Policy Artwork Approval and Production Start
Production begins only after we receive your artwork in the correct size, format and resolution. Your order will enter the production queue once you approve the final proof. Without approval, production cannot start.
Same Day Cut Off Time
Orders that require same day dispatch must be fully approved before 12:00 PM. Approval is still subject to material availability and daily production capacity. Customers should contact us before selecting Priority or Priority Plus production. Next day or accelerated production is not guaranteed without advance confirmation.
Dispatch and Delivery Information
Most parcels and pallets are dispatched through a next working day courier service. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed and Saturday delivery is not available. Unique Custom Boxes UK is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. We do not accept claims for refunds or reprints caused by courier delays, missed deliveries or tracking issues.
Production Options Standard Production: 11 to 18 Business Days
- Standard Production is free on orders over £70. Orders under £70 are charged a £10 standard fee.
- Working days include Monday to Friday only. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not included in production or delivery calculations.
- Delivery is available to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
A minimum delivery charge of £20 applies to these postcode areas: AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK19-21, HS1-9, IV41-49, IV51, IV55-56, KA27-28, PA20, PA41, PA60-88, PH42-44, GY, JE, IM, PO31-41, TR21-25 Additional fees may be applied based on the delivery address. We will contact you before production begins if any surcharge applies. For pallet deliveries, the delivery charge may differ. Any adjustments will be confirmed with you before production starts.
Express Production: 6 to 10 Business Days
Express Production is charged at £20. All Standard Production terms also apply. A regional surcharge of £50 applies to the postcode list mentioned above. Priority Production: 3 to 5 Business Days Priority Production is charged at £50.

Delivery Conditions
Once a parcel is collected by the courier, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. External delays such as seasonal demand, weather, or national disruptions may affect delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing the order to confirm feasibility.
Same Day Collection
Same day collection from our UK production facility may be offered depending on order time and production workload. Please contact us first to confirm availability. Production and processing fees still apply even if the customer collects the order in person.
Lead Times for Proofs
Most printed proof samples are created within 24 hours depending on artwork quality and order time. Your full order will be produced and dispatched according to the production option selected at checkout. We recommend confirming deadlines with us before ordering if timing is important.
Deliveries and Failed Deliveries Parcel Deliveries
Parcel deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Timed delivery slots are not available. If a courier cannot deliver your parcel, a calling card may be left, but this is not guaranteed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot provide instructions such as leaving parcels in safe places or with neighbours. However, if you have specific delivery notes, inform us before dispatch and we will try to assist.
Pallet Deliveries
Pallet deliveries are arranged only after you confirm the delivery date and access requirements. If delivery fails due to unavailability or refusal, a re-delivery fee will apply. This fee depends on the courier, delivery area and nature of the goods. Payment must be made before re-delivery is arranged.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days after the end of your selected production timeframe, contact us immediately. We cannot accept liability for missing or non-delivered orders reported more than 7 calendar days after the expected delivery window.
